Any personal information collected in the system is to facilitate the booking and execution of your tour. For example, full name and birth date are required for airline tickets should they be included in your tour. Any contact information that you provide will only be used in communication regarding your tour service. We may ask if you would like to participate in reviews of our service. Such requests are voluntary.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Group Tours

For Group tours, all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the tour in order to receive a full refund. For cancellations submitted in less than 24 hours, there will be no refund.

Private Tours

For private tours, all cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 24 hours prior to the start of the tour in order to receive a refund. For cancellations submitted in less than 24 hours, there will be no refund.

For Island Hopping Tour

For Island-Hopping tours that include airline tickets, all sales are final. If you cancel there will be no refund.

Also, General Policy Or Points To Understand For All Of Our Tours

1- Rates are subject to Hawaii State tax. 2- Rates and schedules are subject to change without notice, and all confirmed reservations will be honored if possible. 3- Lunch is not included in the tours unless it is specified in the description of the tour. 4- Food is available at Pearl Harbor to purchase. 5- We shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or accident to persons or property of any individual on tour from any cause beyond its control. 6- We are not responsible for and do not extend financial reimbursement for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, sudden mechanical issues, car accident, or problems concerning the Navy-operated shuttle boats. The U.S. Navy reserves the right to shut down the boats for public safety at any time. Such action is beyond our control and power. 7- We cannot be held responsible for the actions of the U.S. Navy or the National Park Service. 8- The duration of transfers is approximate. 9- The exact duration is subject to the time of day and traffic conditions. 10- Pearl Harbor National Memorial is closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.

Policy For Free Gifts

We may offer some free gifts with some of our services. We make no guarantees or assurances with regard to the color, quality, or size of our free gifts. Also, it is your responsibility to remind your tour guide to pass the gift ( if mentioned on your confirmation ) to you before your drop-off. If you forget, we are not able to mail it to you.

Special Policy For Pearl Harbor Tours

No Show for Pearl Harbor Tour

Everyone should be ready for pickup at the agreed-upon pickup location at least 10-15 minutes before pickup begins, as the driver will not be able to wait for you. While we understand that circumstances may prevent you from being able to show up for the tour, please understand that if you are not at the agreed-upon pickup location, there is nothing we can do. The vehicle will have to leave, and you will be considered a no-show. At that point, it would be less than 24 hours prior to your tour, and there can be no refund. If you do end up missing your pickup, please contact us, and we may be able to work something out with you. Such as booking another tour at a discounted rate if there is availability.

Cancellation of your Pearl Harbor Tour

You may cancel within 24 hours of the service date for a full refund. If your tour includes airline tickets, it is noncancelable and nonrefundable. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Show up late for your Pearl Harbor Tour (Walk into Pearl Harbor)

We are a tour company that is not affiliated with Pearl Harbor. Pearl Harbor is administered by the National Park Service. The National Park Service has strict regulations against tour companies meeting people in Pearl Harbor. If you miss your tour, please contact us. Do not go directly to Pearl Harbor because we will not be able to help you there. We may be able to work something out with you if we are able.

The client is willing to waive their tour transportation and show up at Pearl Harbor for their tour.

We are a tour company that is not affiliated with Pearl Harbor. Pearl Harbor is administered by the National Park Service. The National Park Service has strict regulations against tour companies meeting people in Pearl Harbor. Pearl Harbor is federal property and is managed by the federal authorities. Federal law prohibits us from meeting with clients at Pearl Harbor. You need to be in our vehicle and arrive at Pearl Harbor to be able to use our Arizona Memorial ticket. We are not willing to break the law for those who want to meet our suppliers or us in Pearl Harbor. We have pickups in Waikiki, the Honolulu Cruise Port, and Honolulu International Airport. Please choose a location for pickup.

HTTPS And HSTS For Secure Connections:

Stripe forces HTTPS for all services using TLS (SSL), including our public website and the Dashboard to ensure secure connections:

  • Stripe.js is served only over TLS.
  • Stripe’s official libraries connect to Stripe’s servers over TLS and verify TLS certificates on each connection.
    We regularly audit the details of our implementation, including the certificates we serve, the certificate authorities we use, and the ciphers we support.
