Tour Description
Hawaii is a beautiful place. People come from around the world to enjoy the sights and activities that the Aloha State has to offer. Surely you want to spend your precious time in Hawaii as wisely as possible. Why go through the hassle of getting on a tour bus with 30-60 other people? Our Pearl Harbor, Arizona Memorial Monument, USS Missouri Battleship, and East Oahu Mini Island Tour is just the tour you need. Instead of a large group tour in a bus filled with around 20-60 people, why not ride to Pearl Harbor in a comfortable, classy, air-conditioned minivan that will privately take you directly to Pearl Harbor? Our professional chauffeur, who speaks fluent English, will take you to Pearl Harbor. Once you have arrived at the Pearl Harbor Visitor’s Center, our chauffeur will take you inside and give you an orientation and provide you with the tickets for your tour. With this tour, there is no need to get up before the sun rises to stand in line with thousands of other people to see if you can get a ticket for the Arizona Memorial. We have reserved a ticket for the USS Arizona Memorial, which we have included for you in this tour (please read our disclaimer about the USS Arizona Memorial ticket). Meaning you will not need to worry about an Arizona Memorial ticket. Your vacation time is important; why waste it?
No trip to Hawaii would be complete without a visit to the USS Arizona Memorial, the most visited tourist attraction in Hawaii. Our Pearl Harbor, USS Arizona Memorial, USS Missouri Battleship, and East Oahu Mini Island Tour is a full-day tour (about 7-8 hours). This tour also includes tickets to the battleship Missouri. One of the most powerful ships ever constructed, the Iowa-class battleship USS Missouri or “Mighty MO,” served with distinction during WWII and beyond. This private Pearl Harbor Tour operates only from Waikiki Beach hotels.
More than just an important historical monument, the Arizona Memorial is also the resting place for many American heroes who lost their lives during the Japanese attack on December 7, 1941. This tour is the perfect choice for those who want to see the Arizona Memorial and the “Mighty MO“, the Iowa-class battleship USS Missouri, a decorated ship that was the scene of the final Japanese surrender at the end of WWII. Board the battleship and take the 30-minute guided deck tour and see the instruments of surrender signed by the Japanese, signifying the end of the war. On the way back to Waikiki, you will be taken on an East Oahu Mini Island Tour. You get to see the famous golden statue of Hawaii’s legendary monarch, King Kamehameha the Great. View the famous Iolani Palace, the only Royal Palace on American soil. See Washington Place, the historic home of Hawaii’s Governors. View the unique architecture of the Hawaii State Capitol building. We will also take you on a drive-through of Punchbowl Cemetery, the final resting place of many U.S. service members from WWI to the present. Then we will move on to drive through Kahala, the most expensive neighborhood in the world, known as the “Beverly Hills of Hawaii”. Next, we will take you on a tour of East Oahu, including the Scenic Vistas of Oahu’s rugged East Coast. You will see the scenic lookout point known as the “blow hole,” a natural rock formation that spouts water through wave action. Take the view at Makapuu Point, at the eastern tip of the Island of Oahu. Then we will take you past the beautiful beaches of Waimanalo and through the beautiful green mountains of the Nuuanu Pali before returning you to your hotel.

Here Are Some Points Of Interest That You Will See On Your Tour:
Tree of Life
The tree of life is a sculpture in Pearl Harbor located at the Pearl Harbor Visitor’s Center just outside of the “Road to War exhibit gallery.” The sculpture was designed by Alfred Preis, who also designed the USS Arizona Memorial. The sculpture is meant to be a symbol of renewal and inspire contemplation. While you are at Pearl Harbor, be sure to check out this unique work of art. Don’t forget to also visit the exhibit galleries “Road to War” and “Attack.”
USS Oklahoma
The USS Oklahoma (B-37) was a Nevada-Class battleship commissioned on May 2, 1916. She was at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. During the Japanese attack, she received up to 8 torpedo hits. She capsized, almost rolling completely over. This trapped many of her crew who were below decks underwater. A desperate rescue operation was launched to save as many of her crew as possible. In all, 429 officers and enlisted men out of a crew of 1,398 died in the attack. Her losses comprise the second-largest loss of life in the attack after 1,177 were killed when the USS Arizona exploded.
Unconditional Surrender
The statue of a sailor kissing woman is an art piece called “Unconditional Surrender.” First installed in Sarasota, Florida, and later moved to other locations. Several copies were installed, such as the one located on Ford Island at Pearl Harbor. The statue was cast by the artist Seward Johnson, who used computer technology to create a 3-D master from a 2-D photograph. The resulting master was used to cast the statue in bronze. The sculpture is based on an iconic photo taken by Victor Jorgenson of a sailor kissing a woman upon the announcement of V-J Day, signifying the end of WWII.
Iolani Palace
Iolani Palace was constructed in 1882 under the order of King David Kalakaua. By 1887, Iolani Palace had been furnished with electricity and a phone line. The palace served as the official residence of the Kings and Queens of the Kingdom of Hawaii until the last monarch, Queen Liliuokalani, was overthrown in 1891. The building then served as the capital building of Hawaii until 1969. Iolani Palace has since been restored and is accessible to the public with reservations.
